We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.

Renter's insurance is required with a personal liability minimum of $100,000.

Yes, additional monthly fees include valet trash, trash removal, internet, pest control, and an amenity fee.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal or by emailing the leasing office.
We do offer 24/7 emergency maintenance. Emergency requests are considered:
1. Fire
2. Flooding
3. No heat (temperature outside is 50 or below)
4. No electricity
5. No water
6. Clogged toilet (if you only have one toilet)
7. Entry door, or exterior window not secure and/or lock malfunctioning
8. No hot water
9. No Air Conditioner (temperature outside is 85 or above)
10. Kitchen sink stopped up completely
11. Tub drain completely stopped up (if you only have one tub)
12. Active roof leak
We do have a technology package that includes internet.
All apartment homes come with a washer/dryer.
Gated parking is included.
Our community is pet friendly.
Two pets are allowed per apartments. The fee for one pet is $350, and the fee for two pets is $500.
This one time fee is non-refundable. Pet rent is $15 per pet per month.
Breed restrictions are: Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher,
Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, and Wolf-hybrid.
We do not offer furnished apartments.
We do offer reserved parking spots.
Our community amenities include 24/7 fitness center, elevator access, outdoor grilling stations,
premier courtyard with fire pit, 24/7 coffee bar, controlled access,
entertainment lounge with billiards and gaming tables, valet trash,
24/7 emergency maintenance and resort-style pool.
We do have a monthly amenity fee of $15.
We do not have a guest suite.

We require 3x the monthly base rent for income and a minimum credit score of 550.
We do accept co-signers and guarantors. We require 5x the monthly base rent for income and a minimum credit score of 650 of those guarantors.
We require a government issued photo ID, social security card, and one month's worth of paystubs to apply.
